Šoltanka  monovarietal  extra virgin olive oil is the perfect compliment for your grilled meat and fish dishes, or try it in different soups, on salads with rucola (rocket) and other bitter greens.

This perfectly balanced oil has a bitter taste, with a scent of freshly-cut grass and notes of green tomato.

Šoltanka is a specific variety of olive oil that is indigenous to the island of Šolta. Literally translated, it means the „lady from Šolta“. Today, this variety has spread from the island to the mainland, but only Šoltanka oil from Šolta retains its unique character!

Olynthia Šoltanka olives are hand-picked end of October harvest. The green fruits are harvested and cold-pressed the very same day.
